Membership Card Terms and Conditions

• Validity: The membership card is valid for 6 months from the date of       issue.

 

• Discount: Enjoy a generous 10% discount on tattoos valued above £250. Please note, this discount doesn’t apply to tattoos below £250 and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

 

• Usage: The card is for the named member only and is non-transferable.

 

• Contact: By joining, you agree to us holding your contact details and occasionally informing you about shop news, events, or offers.

 

• Termination: We reserve the right to terminate the membership for breaches or misconduct.

 

• Changes: We may modify these terms without prior notice.

 

• Liability: The studio is not liable for lost or damaged cards. A new card can be issued in store.

 

• Jurisdiction: Governed by Scottish law; disputes subject to Scottish courts.

• You must let us know in advance that you intend to use your member's card against your session.
